Terms of Service — InfraMole Cloud

These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you act for, "Customer") and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we") for the use of InfraMole Cloud at inframole.com ("Service"). By creating an account you accept them. The self-hosted editions (Community, Business) are governed by their own licence, not by these terms.

1. The Service

InfraMole maps infrastructure dependencies: it stores the inventory you create, import or discover with the InfraMole agent and integrations, and shows relationships and what could be affected by a change or an outage.

  • Read-only. The Service never executes commands on your machines; the agent has no command channel.
  • Suggestions are not facts. Detected and inferred relationships are suggestions. Impact results describe what could be affected. You remain responsible for decisions you take about your infrastructure.
  • Not monitoring. The Service is not a monitoring, alerting or security product and must not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens in the workspaces you own and for the people you invite. Workspace owners decide who is a member and with which role.

3. Plans, trial and payment

  • Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the Team plan. No payment details are needed for the trial.
  • After the trial, a paid plan (Starter, Team or Scale) is needed to keep discovery running. Without one, the workspace is paused: agents, imports and integrations stop, and your data remains readable and exportable.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices exclude VAT where applicable. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in Settings › Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded except where the law requires.
  • Plans are sized by servers and VMs. Going over the size of a paid plan is allowed for 14 days; after that, adding more servers and VMs requires a larger plan. We never delete data because of a limit.
  • We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice by email; the new price applies from the next billing period after the notice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service to scan, map or collect data about systems you are not authorised to inventory; upload malware or unlawful content; try to access other customers' data or break the Service's security; overload the Service or circumvent its limits; or resell the Service without our written agreement.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the data in your workspaces. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Agreement (available on request). You can export a workspace or delete it at any time; deletion is immediate, and backups age out within [BACKUP_KEEP_DAYS] days.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. We may perform maintenance, preferably announced in advance. Support is by email at support@inframole.com.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for intent or gross negligence, or towards consumers).

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms (for example, section 4), with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes by email at least [30] days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW, e.g. Spanish law]. Courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
